 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. GNS service is at the high end of the spectrum but the price charged was towards the lower end. A replacement boiler installation of a new Worcester Greenstar 18kW carried out within the day including a check round the house of all radiators. Extremely neat work and pleasant people to have around.

The firm’s principal is attentive in following up to ensure all is working well, and gave detailed advice beforehand of various options including heat pump retrofit — which wasn’t attractive for us as it happens.

They provided a list and GNS Heating were on the list as an accredited installer who could offer me a 10 year factory guarantee. They provided a detailed quote of the work they would undertake and it was comparable with local installers that did not offer the guarantee. They came on the day that we both agreed on and worked meticulously and cleanly. I even had the novelty of a female installer. On completion the team explained clearly how the boiler and controls worked and then proceeded to hoover up after themselves and took away all the rubbish. 😊. No bad language. No music and respectful at all times. I can’t recommend this company enough.
